In 2015, all my hair fell out with my alopecia. For years I hid and cried and was embarrassed to be seen. 10 years later, I did the scariest thing and went to the state fair bald. I was terrified. But you know what? I ended the night feeling totally empowered. I never felt so vulnerable in my life, and I ended up having a night filled with love and support. I started putting my art on clothing to help feel more confident, live boldly, and celebrate feeling beautiful on the outside and inside.
